Our Mission

Supporting underserved
and marginalized communities

The Fund's focus is to support organizations and projects that serve Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual (LGBTQIA) communities in Los Angeles County.

The giving priorities are to support organizations or projects that focus on underserved and marginalized communities including youth, transgender, racial & ethnic minorities, seniors, undocumented immigrants, and immigrants.

Out Fund
has made grants over
$400,000 to local
organizations since 2012.

Organizations are nominated by our members and must be designated as 501(c)(3) charity or have a fiscal sponsor. Organizations with a budget size of under $1 million preferred. The Fund is a donor-advised fund of the Liberty Hill Foundation.
